Modular Kitchen - BWP Ply & Laminate
Core Woodwork & Material
- Carcass Material: 100% Water-proof Century Sainik 710 (BWP Grade) Plywood OR HDHMR board. No particle board used.
- Shutter Finish: Premium High-Gloss or Matte Laminates (Century/Virgo brands) pasted on HDHMR/Ply.
- Internal Finish: Stain-masking fabric-texture inner laminate.
- Edge Banding: Machine-pressed 1.3mm / 0.8mm (Rehau or equivalent) for seamless edges.
Hardware & Storage (Hettich/Blum)
- Drawers: Minimum 3-4 sets of Soft-close Tandem boxes (InnoTech style).
- Hinges: Branded Soft-close hydraulic hinges (Hettich/Hafele).
- Organizer Units: Includes PVC Cutlery Tray, Bottle Pull-out unit, GTPT Dish Rack with drip tray, under-sink detergent holder, and dustbin holder.
Countertop & Basics
- Countertop: Premium Indian Granite (Jet Black or Rajasthan Black) including cutting, polishing, and fitting.
- Plinth: Adjustable PVC legs with Aluminium/PVC or Granite skirting.
Delivery & Installation
- Timeline: Manufacturing within 25 days plus 7-10 days installation.
- Design: 2D Layouts and basic 3D visualization included.

- Style: French/European theme with CNC-machined Shaker-style shutters or Fluted designs.
- Paint Finish: High-quality PU Duco Paint in Matte or High-Gloss (custom pastel shades available).

- Handles: Designer Gold, Rose Gold knobs, or antique metal handles.

- Countertop: Premium Quartz Stone (White, Kalinga, or Marble-patterned) for superior stain resistance.

- Carcass Material: Century Sainik 710 (BWP) or BWR Grade Plywood / HDHMR. No particle board.
- Shutter Core: 18mm / 25mm Branded Block Board (prevents bending) or HDHMR for routed designs.
- Dimensions: Floor-to-ceiling coverage including loft (Standard depth 24 inches).
Finishes (Selection Based)
- Standard Range: 1mm Anti-scratch Laminates (Century/Virgo) with standard handles.
- Premium Range: PU Paint finish (Matte/Gloss) on CNC routed shutters (Arches, Grooves) or Acrylic finish.
Internal Configuration
- Organization: Customizable shelves, oval pipe hanging rods, and heavy-duty hangers.
- Drawers: 2 Internal drawers with lock and key per wardrobe unit.
- Lining: Easy-maintenance Brown/Grey inner laminate.
Hardware
- Hinges: 4-5 Soft-close hinges per door (Hettich/Hafele) for tall shutters.
