- Carcass: Water-resistant HDHMR or BWP Plywood (16mm/18mm) for base and wall units.
- Shutters: High-gloss or Matte finish laminates (0.8mm - 1mm) pressed on MR grade plywood/MDF.
- Backing: 6mm white laminate ply for internal cleanliness.
Hardware & Accessories
- Drawers & Baskets: 4-6 Stainless Steel (SS) wire baskets for cutlery, thalis, and cups.
- Channels: Telescopic soft-close channels (Brands: Hettich/Ebco or equivalent durable local brands).
- Hinges: Hydraulic soft-close hinges for all swing doors.
- Handles: G-Profile (Integrated aluminum handles) or Edge profiles.

Grand Entrance Door Makeover
Door & Frame Treatment
- Base Door: 35mm Flush door (Standard size 3.5ft x 8ft).
- Cladding: HDHMR 3D Carved panels pasted on both sides of the door.
- Frame Paneling: Wide wooden/ply paneling around the door frame for a grand look.
Finishing
- Paint: Matte or Gloss PU (Polyurethane) pigment paint finish for a seamless look.
- Design: Geometric or traditional carving patterns on the door face.

Why I Love Doing This
I started PD Interior World because I get a kick out of turning people’s furniture ideas into reality. Some folks want their home to look stylish on a budget, some just want more storage everywhere, and some want their friends to walk in and say, “Wah, kya design hai!” (Wow, what a design!). My team and I try to say “Done” to whatever you ask, no matter how tricky.

- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling, sliding doors, custom insides, whatever you want. I like mixing finishes - matte, gloss, even bold grooves or geometric patterns. Plenty of modular wardrobe designs that fit awkward corners or tiny rooms.
- TV Units: Not just shelves for your TV, but real statement pieces. We do wall-mounted, floating consoles, marble panels, LED backlights, and closed drawers to hide all the mess.
- Modular Kitchens: Dual-tone modern kitchen cabinets, smart pull-outs, under-cabinet lights. Everything designed so you actually want to cook (or hang out) there.
- Storage Everywhere: Multi-purpose storage beds with hydraulic lifts, secret panels, even hidden closets. Space saving furniture ideas for chhote ghar (small homes).
- Everything Else: Mandir units with jali work, study tables, custom headboards, backlit mirrors - if you’ve seen it on Instagram, we can probably make it.
How I Work
First, I’ll listen to exactly what you want, what you need, and your budget. I show you a 3D design so you see what’s coming - koi surprise nahi (no surprises). Once you’re happy, we build it. Sometimes, things take longer than planned, especially for tricky custom work, but I always keep you updated.
