About this collection

At Untitled Design, we do not simply hand over a drawing and walk away. We immerse ourselves in the reality of your site. Whether it is the rhythmic installation of cast-in-situ terrazzo flooring in a Coimbatore residence or the painstaking thirteen-hour days required to set up our 'Taqiya Qalaam' exhibition at Bikaner House, our process is defined by constant presence. We are physically on-site because the most critical design decisions happen when materials meet reality, not in the comfort of a studio.

Our design journey begins with a conversation, not a catalog. We start by listening to your life story, your daily routines, and your aspirations for the space. Our workflow is split into distinct phases: deep research, conceptual development, and rigorous on-site supervision. We focus on integrating architecture with the soul of the home, ensuring that every element—from the light filtering through a skylight to the placement of antique artifacts—serves a larger purpose.

We collaborate intimately with architects, engineers, and master craftspeople. In our work for the Coimbatore residence, for instance, we worked alongside GPM Architects to ensure the interior layouts and natural light strategies were perfectly aligned with the structure. This cross-disciplinary approach allows us to blend indigenous materials like lime wash, stone, and wood with modern technology.

We also champion the visibility of the design process. Our exhibition work at events like the Delhi Contemporary Art Week serves a dual purpose: it showcases our capacity for immersive design while keeping our team grounded in the hands-on practice of construction and assembly. By participating in these installations, we refine our ability to manage tight timelines, complex site constraints, and the delicate balance of art and interior design. When you hire us, you are not just getting a design plan. You are gaining a partner who will manage the execution, navigate site challenges, and ensure the final space feels like it belongs entirely to you.
