Signature Residences: The Bammi Home
Featured in Livingetc, this 22,970 sq. ft. Gurugram bungalow was designed for four generations of a family. The interiors are a microcosm of light, life, and artistry, weaving together Art Deco geometry, a rich palette of global stones, and one-of-a-kind masterpieces of Indian craft. Every room personifies a distinct personality while maintaining a cohesive narrative of a home that is both a private sanctuary and a space for communal living.
Signature Residences: The 42, Kolkata
Located in Kolkata's tallest residential tower, this home was designed for a family of art collectors who desired glamour and flamboyance. Featured in Elle Decor, the apartment is a maximalist statement, blending an Art Deco sensibility with a rich tapestry of Indian crafts, bold textures, and a world-class art collection. Public spaces are designed for dramatic effect, while private quarters offer serene, functional retreats with stunning views of the Victoria Memorial.
Art & Craft Integration
For us, art is never an afterthought; it is the soul of a space. We collaborate with leading artists and master craftspeople to weave narrative and heritage directly into the architecture. This collection showcases bespoke installations, from modern interpretations of origami and traditional Sanjhi paper-cutting to site-specific sculptures that become an integral part of the home's story.

This collection focuses on transitional and structural elements like staircases, entrances, and courtyards that we've transformed into sculptural, experience-defining features. For The Restaurant at Hibiscus, we crafted an immersive dining experience using a vibrant color palette, a cubism-inspired brass bar, and a rich interplay of textures to create a feast for the senses that is as enticing as the cuisine.
