Our kachoris taste like they were made with full pyaar, because they are. This platter shows a variety of our crispy, flaky kachoris, a certified yum snack for any time of day.

A closer look at two of our specialties: the spicy Pyaaz Ki Kachori and the unique, subtly flavored Kheere Ki Kachori. Both are homemade, crispy, and perfect for the monsoon season.

This is our Sheherwali special, Kheere Ki Kachori. Made from cucumber, it has a very gentle and balanced flavor that is light and refreshing. It’s a slow recipe that requires a lot of care to perfect.

A whole plate of wholesomeness. This traditional Rajasthani thali features baked baati, gatte ka pulav, dal, gatte ki sabzi, and more, offering a complete feast of authentic flavors.

At any party, everyone expects that one special dish. Our Dahi Vada, soft vadas soaked in creamy yogurt and topped with spices and chutneys, is often that dish.

We started Desi Classics to keep the essence of nani and dadi's recipes alive, and nowhere is that more evident than in our savoury menu. Whether you are craving the spicy kick of a Pyaaz Ki Kachori or the delicate, subtle flavours of our Sheherwali Kheere Ki Kachori, you are getting food prepared with the same care we use for our own family.

Our kitchen philosophy is simple: slow recipes over fast trends. We believe that shortcuts ruin the integrity of a dish. Our DIY Katori Chaat kits are designed to give you the freshest experience possible, letting you assemble the crispy cups with our house-made chutneys right before you eat.

We focus on serving authentic, vegetarian Indian food across Mumbai. From light, spongy Khaman Dhoklas steamed fresh each morning to the hearty crunch of our Vegetable Cutlets, every item is crafted to order.
