- Statement Wall Paneling: Design and execution of one feature wall (approx. 10ft x 10ft) using complex materials like wood veneer, ribbed paneling, tinted mirrors, or fabric cladding.
- Paint & Wall Treatments: Premium emulsion or texture paint for remaining walls; option for custom wallpaper installation.
- Flooring: Polishing of existing stone/marble or installation of wooden laminate flooring.
Custom Furniture (In-House Mfg)
- Bed Frame: 1 King-size custom upholstered bed (Suede Velvet or Bouclé fabric) with high-density foam and sturdy Marandi/Teak wood internal structure.

Custom Furniture Suite
- Statement Seating: 1 Large Sectional Sofa (approx. 9 ft) or 3+2 seater arrangement in premium Suede Velvet or Bouclé. Includes 2 Accent Armchairs with sculptural curves.
- Coffee Table Cluster: A set of nesting tables or a large center table using Italian Stone, Terrazzo, or Micro-topped Concrete.
- Dining Ensemble: 1 x 6-Seater Dining Table with stone/marble top and high-gloss legs; includes 6 solid wood chairs (Ashwood/Teak) with upholstered seats.
- Feature Unit: 1 Custom TV Unit or Console (Abstract shape) finished in PU paint or Veneer.
Interior Shell & Finishes
- Ceiling Design: False ceiling treatment involving curves, arches, or POP molding details with cove lighting provisions.
- Wall Treatments: Combination of texture paint, molding, or abstract geometric paneling on the main focal wall.
- Lighting: Supply and install of magnetic track lights or profile lights, plus one statement dining chandelier.
Design Services
- Layout Planning: Layout design optimization to maximize flow.

Full Home Turnkey Interiors (Civil + Furniture)
Civil & Structural Changes
- Flooring: Installation of large format tiles (4x2) or polishing of existing Italian marble/Indian stone.
- Bathrooms: Complete renovation including dismantling, waterproofing, new tiling (up to 7ft height), and plumbing fixtures (Jaguar/Kohler equivalent).
- Ceilings: Full false ceiling with Gypsum board, including coves and pelmets for curtains.
Fixed Woodwork (Joinery)
- Kitchen: Modular kitchen with BWP Marine Ply carcass and finish options of Acrylic, PU, or High-Gloss Laminate. Includes Hettich/Hafele hardware.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes in all bedrooms using Ply+Laminate or Duco finish shutters.
- Doors: Refurbishing existing doors (molding/painting) or installing new flush doors with veneer finish.
Loose Furniture & Decor
- Full Furniture Package: Manufacturing and placement of all beds, sofas, dining sets, and side tables tailored to the home's theme.
- Window Dressing: Blinds or curtain channels with standard fabric selection.

My Story

Now, seeing our stuff in a villa up in the hills or flipping an old apartment into a postmodern pad - feels unreal. Our own Kirti Nagar workshop is where all the magic happens, with our team handcrafting every piece. We geek out over mixing styles, from Contemporarised Elizabethan to Japandi.
