2. Technical Documentation (GFC Drawings) Many designers stop at visuals. We believe the true work is in the technical blueprints—the 'Good-for-Construction' drawings. We provide detailed layouts for civil work, electrical looping, false ceilings, and flooring patterns. These drawings act as a manual for your contractors, ensuring the final build matches the initial concept.
3. Execution & Project Management For our full-service clients, we take the lead on the site. This involves periodic quality checks, managing vendor timelines, and monitoring the technical precision of wall alignments and paint finishes. Our goal is to catch snags during the process rather than after the project is finished.
