Design & Consultation
- 3D Visualization: High-quality 3D renders for Living, Dining, Bedrooms, and Kitchen with up to 2 design iterations.
- Technical Drawings: Layouts for furniture placement, electrical looping, false ceiling (RCP), and joinery details.
- Material Selection: Assisted market visits for tiles, lights, and curtains.
Civil & Ceiling Work
- False Ceiling: Gypsum suspended ceiling with cove provision and branded channels in all rooms.
- Electricals: Relocation of switch points, installation of profile lights, COB lights, and strip lights.
- Wall Treatment: Surface preparation, 3 coats of Premium Emulsion (Royale/Velvet), and one feature wall per room (Wallpaper/Texture).
Bespoke Woodwork
- Base Material: BWP/BWR Grade Plywood or HDHMR for wet areas.
- Kitchen: Modular setup with soft-close Hettich/Hafele hardware, tandem boxes, and High-Gloss Acrylic or PU finish.

- I then put together mood boards and concepts, so you can see what your place could look like.
- Before anything gets built, you get to check out 3D renderings - like a sneak peek without any mess.
- My team handles all the actual work and installation - you don’t have to run after anyone, pakka (for sure).
