The Art of Caricature: How I Sketch Your Portraits
Ever wondered how a photo turns into a fun, hand-drawn caricature? Here is a peek into my Malad studio, where I use archival paper and professional markers to turn your moments into art.

About The Art of Caricature
I don't just sketch. I use professional-grade Copic markers and acid-free archival paper that lasts for decades to ensure your art stays vibrant. When you order a physical piece, I send you a digital scan first, so we can make sure the likeness is just right before it gets shipped or framed.
My process is straightforward because I want the art to reflect you perfectly. For hand-drawn pieces, I rely on archival-grade materials that won't fade or yellow for years. If you prefer a digital caricature, I work on Procreate to create high-resolution, 300 DPI files that look sharp on social media or when printed in A3 size.
Every piece is a custom story. Whether you want to be drawn as superheroes, in a specific travel setting, or with your favorite pet, I pay close attention to those specific details. For couple or family caricatures, we chat about the 'story mode'. This includes incorporating hobbies, inside jokes, or specific outfits you love. Digital orders are faster, usually ready in 3 to 5 working days, while physical pieces take a bit more time due to the hand-drawn detail and material drying time.
