Bakra Eid Qurbani Meat Preparation Services in Mumbai
You handle the Qurbani, we handle the kitchen. Bring us your meat, and we will transform it into a royal Purani Dilli feast—from smoky tandoori raan to rich, slow-cooked curries.
This is the heart of my Eid service. You bring me your Qurbani Raan, and I transform it into a culinary masterpiece. Watch how I handle your meat with care, preparing it in various styles like the classic smoky Raan Barra Tandoori, a rich Raan Angara Gravy, or the magnificent Raan Mughlai Kepsa. The choice is yours, the zaika is guaranteed.
Here is a unique twist for your Eid feast: Raan Fried Rice. I take your goat's meat, cook it to perfection, and then shred it into aromatic fried rice. This video shows the process, from the raw raan to the final dish, showcasing a delicious fusion of Mughlai and Chinese flavours.
See how I prepare the Raan Malai Tandoori. Your goat's meat is first marinated and cooked, then generously coated in a rich, creamy malai sauce and garnished with fresh herbs. It’s a decadent and flavourful option for those who love a milder, creamier taste for their Eid celebration.
Let me introduce you to the Raan Turkish Toss Tandoori. This video shows how I take your goat's meat and give it a unique Turkish-inspired flavour. After grilling, the meat is tossed in a special tangy and spicy sauce, creating a dish that is both familiar and excitingly new for your Eid dastarkhwan.
The Raan DZ Special Kepsa is a feast in itself. I cook your raan until it's perfectly tender and place it atop a bed of fragrant Kepsa rice, garnished with fresh vegetables and boiled eggs. This video shows the entire journey from the grill to the final, beautifully presented platter.
Indulge in the juicy and delectable Raan Peshawari Tandoori. I take your goat's meat and prepare it in the classic Peshawari style, drenching the tandoor-cooked raan in a signature creamy, yellow sauce. It's a royal dish that will be the star of your Eid ul Adha feast.
This Eid, leave the cooking to me. This video gives you a quick look at the possibilities, from a fiery tandoori raan to a creamy malai preparation and a grand Kepsa platter. Just bring your goat's meat, and I will handle the rest. Contact me to book your spot for the feast.

How Our Qurbani Service Works
Eid is for family gatherings and joy, not for standing over a hot stove all day. At Delhi Zaika, we bring the heart of Purani Dilli to your Mumbai kitchen with our signature 'Bring Your Own Meat' (BYOM) service.
The Process:
- Drop-off: Bring your raw Qurbani meat (Raan or chunks) to our outlets in Kurla, Mahim, Grant Road, or Jogeshwari before 10 AM on Eid day.
- Preparation: Our chefs clean, marinate, and cook the meat according to your chosen style.
- The Feast: Pick up your ready-to-eat dishes by evening, or have them delivered to your home.
Menu Options:
- Slow-Cooked Gravies: If you love dipping Sheermal or Naan, go for our signature Changezi (tangy yogurt base) or Angara (smoky, spicy red gravy). We slow-cook these for 4 to 6 hours on commercial burners to get that authentic melt-in-the-mouth texture.
- Tandoori & Dry Roasts: Our Barra, Peshawari, and Malai preparations are grilled over live charcoal for 30–45 minutes, basted with Amul butter and spices until charred to perfection.
- Kepsa Feasts: For a showstopper, we layer tandoori-style meat over long-grain Sella Basmati rice, garnished with boiled eggs and roasted cashews.
Why Choose Delhi Zaika? We do not just cook food; we cook heritage. From using raw papaya paste to tenderize the meat to balancing the heavy commercial spices of Old Delhi, every dish is an attempt to recreate the magic of the Jama Masjid lanes right here in Mumbai. Leave the smoke, the mess, and the stress to us—you just enjoy the mehfil with your family.
