Food at Delhi Zaika is not just a plate - it’s a full-on experience. I grew up obsessed with flavour. We don’t do shortcuts here. Our kitchen is all about those Old Delhi Mughlai flavors - think deep spices, slow cooking, and recipes that have passed down for generations.
What’s Cooking?
- Curries are our thing. Nalli Nihari is slow-cooked, full of soul, and basically history in a bowl. Chicken Changezi is creamy and smoky, and the Mutton Korma? Pure Mughlai.
- Tandoori kebab platter is a must-try. You’ll find Chicken Afghani Malai Tikka and Mutton Seekh Kebab, both juicy and packed with masala. Veg folks, Paneer Malai Tikka is a solid choice.
- Biryani is sacred here. We do classic, tandoori, and even some Indo-Chinese fusion rice for those who like to mix it up.
- Royal thali dining experience: Our Thaals, like Akbari and Dostana, are designed for sharing. Big portions, big flavour, best for your squad.

My Story
Sab bolte hain, ‘Yeh Dilli ka Korma nahi, yeh toh Dilli ki jaan hai!’ That’s the soul of Zaika. We started out in Jama Masjid ki galliyan (lanes) with just a dream—bring the real Mughlai zaika to Mumbai. For us, khana (food) is not business, it’s our heritage, our story. Mid-Day ne hume ‘Iconic Luxury Restaurant’ bola, but asli (real) award is your smile after tasting our slow-cooked Nihari. Every dish has a kissa (tale). Yeh hai asli pyaar (this is true love).
