Holidays are my favourite time to experiment in the kitchen. When a festival approaches, I shift my focus from standard cakes to these special collections—whether it's edible Christmas wreaths using red velvet sponge or Mother's Day bento cakes topped with fresh, food-safe carnations.

My approach to seasonal bakes is the same as my everyday cakes: everything is made to order using quality ingredients. For my flower pot bento cakes, I use cookie crumbles to create the 'soil' effect and pair them with fresh flowers, which makes for a beautiful, edible gift that you won't find in a standard bakery.
