How I Create Your Floral Cake
Every cake is made from scratch in my home kitchen in Mumbai. I do not use standard mass-production methods. Instead, I focus on:
- Palette Knife Artistry: I use a palette knife to press and swipe colored buttercream onto the cake, building up petal shapes one by one to create a textured, artistic look.
- Fresh Accents: Depending on the design, I incorporate fresh, processed flowers, berries, or citrus slices to bring a natural, bright element to the cake.
