About Personal Training Sessions
The biggest mistake I see isn't lifting heavy, it's lifting wrong. Whether it's your first time in a gym or you have hit a plateau, I am here to correct your posture and technique in real-time. We do not guess, we execute with precision.
My coaching philosophy is simple: consistency beats shortcuts every time. When you train with me, we stop wasting time on fancy gimmicks and focus on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. If your form is off, we fix it immediately because a strong body requires a solid foundation.
I do not believe in expensive, unnatural diet plans. We will work with the food you already eat at home—paneer, dal, soya—to fuel your performance. My sessions are designed for those who want to build a natural physique without the drama of steroids or unrealistic fitness trends.
I train clients at Fit Mission Gym in Vasant Vihar, and I also travel for home or outdoor training across Delhi NCR. Whether you are a beginner worried about the gym or someone looking to break their lifting plateau, my goal is the same: to turn your excuses into effort.
