About Yoga & Wellness
Our morning sessions, held Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, focus on a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa flow. We keep classes small so you get the personal attention needed to practice safely, whether you are just starting out or working on your flexibility.

We believe yoga shouldn't be about perfect poses or rigid discipline, but about finding a moment of peace in your busy day. Our morning practice combines Hatha and Vinyasa flow to help you build strength, improve mobility, and manage stress before your day truly begins.

- The Practical Stuff: Classes are held in our Bengaluru studio. It's a non-AC space, so expect to sweat a little. We have shared mats available for newcomers, but we always recommend bringing your own for hygiene reasons.
- Kids Yoga: We aren't just for adults. We run dedicated sessions to help the little ones focus, get active away from screens, and learn body awareness early on.
