Mousse Tubs & Fusion Desserts
Cold Dessert Tubs
- Container: Clear plastic square tub (approx. 150ml to 200ml) with a sealed lid.
- Build: Light, aerated creamy texture set with gelatin, layered with thin sponge or biscuit crumbs.
- Flavors: Seasonal Mango Soufflé (with fruit chunks), Strawberry Mousse, or Triple Chocolate.
Warm & Fusion Items
- Molten Chocolate: Dense chocolate cake cup with a gooey liquid center (requires heating).
- Indian Fusion: Baked Rasgulla (milk reduction base), Rabdi, or Phirni served in traditional earthenware pots (Matkas).
Standard Pastries & Cream Cakes
Composition & Varieties
- Flavors: Dutch Truffle (Dark Chocolate Ganache), Red Velvet, Fresh Cream Strawberry, Pineapple, or Black Forest.
- Build: 3 distinct layers of syrup soaked sponge cake with 2 layers of filling (Ganache or Whipped Cream).
- Weight: Standard triangular or rectangular slice, approximately 120g to 150g per piece.
Presentation
- Serving: Served on a disposable paper boat or cardboard base with a plastic fork.
- Finish: Exterior coating of smooth frosting or ganache glaze with minimalist chocolate shards or fruit garnish.

Cupcakes & Brownies
- Cupcakes: Vanilla or Chocolate base (50g) topped with a tall swirl of buttercream or ganache. Flavors include Red Velvet and Chocolate.
- Brownies: Dense, fudgy square (approx 60g to 80g) with Walnut or Double Chocolate variants and a crinkly top.
Filled Donuts & Macarons
- Bomboloni (Italian Donuts): Sugar dusted fried dough balls injected with fillings like Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, or Custard.
- Macarons: 1.5 to 2 inch French style almond meringue cookies with a crunchy shell and chewy center. Flavors include Dark Chocolate, Berry, and Lemon.
Premium Cheesecakes & Tarts
Cheesecake Slices
- Composition: Thick buttery biscuit crust base with a dense cream cheese rich filling (Cold set or Baked).
- Weight: Generous wedge slice, approx 150g.
- Varieties: Blueberry (Compote topped), Lotus Biscoff (Spread and Cookie), Raspberry, or Nutella.
Fruit Tarts
- Base: Crisp, buttery shortcrust pastry shell (approx 3 to 4 inch diameter).
- Filling: Rich vanilla custard (Crème Patissiere) or almond cream.
- Topping: Intricately arranged fresh seasonal fruit (e.g. Mango slices, Berries) glazed for shine.

- For classic pastry fans, there’s Strawberry & Cream, our famous Red Velvet (just for you), and Tiramisu that’s basically a mini Italy trip.
- Chocolate eclairs are non-negotiable here - rich cream, decadent glaze, pure happiness.

- Spoonable treats hit different. Signature dessert cups like Molten Chocolate, Caramel Custard, and seasonal Mango Soufflé.

- We also serve authentic phirni and rabdi in matkas (clay pots), a nod to tradition.

My Story
Started small in 2002, just a tiny shop and a big idea - Mumbai needed desserts that felt special. Now, you’ll find us in Bandra, Andheri, Malad, Goregaon, but it’s still about making people happy, one bite at a time. We’ve seen our cakes at celeb parties and on a Tuesday night for no reason. That first bite smile? Still the best part. This is our little Eden, and you’re always welcome.
