Stylish Bathroom and Powder Room Designs
Bathrooms do not have to be boring. I treat these small, personal spaces like jewel boxes, using bold tiles, dramatic lighting, and clever design hacks to make every corner feel special.
I'm not afraid of a little drama, and this powder bathroom is proof. The curved wall with deep green, textured tiles and a sleek pedestal sink creates a moody, unforgettable statement.
This luxurious bathroom makes me so happy. We used a dynamic lavender spider marble and a black marquina marble, pairing them with matte black hardware and crystal knobs for a truly glamorous feel.

About Stylish Bathrooms & Powder Rooms
One of my favorite tricks for small powder rooms is hiding the mirror behind custom shutter-style windows. It keeps the space looking clean and uncluttered while adding a touch of rustic charm that you rarely see in a standard bathroom.
Most people ignore the powder room, but I see it as the perfect place to get bold. Whether you are working with a tight city apartment or a villa, these small areas are where you can experiment with dramatic colors, mood lighting, and unique materials like spider marble or textured tiles without overwhelming your whole home.
In Mumbai, we often deal with limited square footage. I focus on making storage invisible. If you look closely at my work, you will see how I incorporate custom shutters to hide mirrors or integrate shelves into walls so your bathroom remains functional without looking like a warehouse for toiletries.
I start by listening to your story. We look at your daily routine, what you keep on your counter, and how much natural light the space gets. Then, we choose materials that last. I prefer stone and high-quality tiles because they feel better underfoot and stand up to daily use. Once we settle on the layout, I bring in the lighting plans. Good light can change everything in a bathroom, from how you see yourself in the mirror to how relaxed you feel during a hot shower. We do not just finish a room, we build an experience.
My process starts with your vibe. Do you want a spa-like retreat with neutral tones and natural stone, or something moody with dark marble and gold fixtures? I handle the civil work, lighting plans, and finishings, ensuring that every edge is smooth and every switch is in the right place. Trusting the process is the hard part, but that is how we turn a simple utility room into a highlight of your home.
