About Bollywood Beats & Class Fun
We do not focus on perfecting every single step because that takes the joy out of moving. Instead, I teach them to listen to the rhythm and express themselves, which helps them build coordination and self-confidence naturally in a safe studio environment.
When parents ask if their child needs prior dance experience to join my classes, the answer is always no. I designed this space specifically for kids aged 3 to 8 who simply cannot sit still. Whether your child is naturally shy or a total firecracker, they fit right into our chillar party.
We hold sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00 PM in my air-conditioned studio in Sector 45, Gurugram. The laminate flooring is safe for their jumps and turns. Every hour is packed with Bollywood choreography, rhythm games, and freestyle movement.
My focus is on creating a space where they feel comfortable being themselves. Sometimes we dance in party dresses, and sometimes they come in pajamas. The goal is to make fitness feel like playtime. By the time the hour ends, they have burned off that extra energy and made new friends.
