About Online Art Classes & Courses
We’re a mom-and-daughter team, and Culture Chauraha is our way of bringing the creative chauraha (crossroads) right to your laptop. We started off in India, moved halfway around the world, and stuck together through all sorts of madness - so yeah, our classes are a bit of a jugad (clever fix) for busy lives, too.
How Our Online Art Classes Work
- All our sessions are live art sessions online, not some random pre-recorded videos. You get our full attention with small group art classes - 8 to 10 people tops.
- We’re not strict about being perfect. This is a chill, stress-free zone. You mess up, you laugh, you try again. That’s kinda the fun part.
- You can join from anywhere, no need to lug supplies to a studio. We run batches in IST, PST, and EST to fit your schedule.
What You’ll Learn
- Basics like drawing, color theory, composition, and prepping your canvas.
- Explore mediums: watercolors, oil pastels, acrylics, pen & ink, shading pencils.
- For beginners, our beginner drawing courses help you get past the “I-can’t-draw” phase.
Who’s It For?
- Adults wanting a creative escape or just something new.
- Kids (9-12) who want to make art, have fun, and build confidence.
We even do free trial classes and pay-as-you-like weekend workshops - just to make it easy to check out the vibe before you jump in.

My Story
You know, this whole Culture Chauraha thing started with my mom’s art classes. We just kept rolling with it, even through some wild times like shifting countries and packing up our Delhi studio. Chauraha means crossroads – and honestly, we’ve crossed a few! Messages from old students, hearing 'only good things' – that’s what keeps us going. Now we’re mixing Indian and US vibes, and loving every bit of this creative ride.
My Work
