Our academy in Gurgaon is a complete ecosystem for a cricketer's development. This wide view shows our expansive grounds, multiple nets, and practice wickets, providing a professional environment where players can focus entirely on their game, away from distractions.

I am immensely proud of what we achieved with the Kashi Rudras in the UP T20 League. Leading the team to the top of the table is a testament to our focus on strategy, teamwork, and relentless execution. This is the level of performance and winning mindset I instill in all my players.

Fast bowling is an art form built on a scientific foundation. I break down the entire sequence, from the run-up to the follow-through, into clear, manageable steps. This graphic shows our approach to building a rhythmic, powerful, and repeatable bowling action.

To become a pro, you need to live the game. That's why I am building The Residence, our full-time cricket boarding school. This facility will provide everything a young cricketer needs: professional coaching, accommodation, nutrition, and academic support, all in one place.

Seeing my players succeed is the greatest reward. Parth Sengupta's selection for the NCA High Performance Camp after his brilliant performance in the Vijay Merchant Trophy is a result of his dedication. We focus on building all-rounders, and his 26 wickets and two 50+ scores prove our method works.

This image captures the essence of our academy. The sun rises, and we are on the ground, ready to grind. There are no shortcuts to success in cricket. It is this discipline, repeated day after day, that builds champions.

It was an honour to be with the great Sachin Tendulkar. His dedication to the purity of the game is an inspiration. Learning from him reinforces my belief that mastering the fundamentals is the only path to true greatness in cricket.

We train to control the controllables. In this drill, I use cones as a distraction on a good length. The goal is to train the batsman's focus on the ball, not the noise. Out of 100 balls, only a few hit the cones, proving that a focused mind can overcome any obstacle. This is how we build mental toughness.

Before we take the field, we come together as one. In this huddle, I remind the boys to play for the team, to trust each other, and to give their all for every single over. This unity and team-first attitude are at the core of everything we do at Croire.
