Cricket is a tapasya—a test of discipline, hard work, and focus. At Brigade Cricket Academy, we show you the way to build a strong foundation, whether you're starting out or aiming for the professional circuit.

A coach must lead by example. I always believe in showing the kids how it's done before I ask them to do it. Here, I am demonstrating the right technique for a quick pickup and throw to save those crucial runs.

Many young batsmen struggle with their front foot falling across, which we call 'kainchi'. This video shows how we identify the problem, explain the biomechanics of why it happens, and then use specific drills to correct it. You can see the immediate improvement.

This is a proud moment for our academy. Our boy, Md Izhar, got selected for the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. This is the result of pure dedication and relentless practice. We show the way, but the mehnat is all theirs.

Believe it or not, this batsman is just 7 years old. We start building strong fundamentals from a very young age. Watch his focus and technique as he practices the step-out drive, keeping his head still and body balanced.

This is our 6-year-old powerhouse. We welcome girls with open arms and provide a supportive environment for them to grow. Her passion and natural talent are amazing to watch.

Cricket is played as much in the mind as on the field. After a match, we sit down and talk strategy. I teach the kids to value their wicket, build partnerships, and learn from their mistakes, not just celebrate the wins.

We are lucky to have friends in the Indian cricket team who guide our students. Here, Bihar Ranji captain Ashutosh Aman is sharing his immense experience with our young players, teaching them what it takes to play at the highest level.

The result of hard work and dedication. This young champion celebrating his fantastic innings of 100 runs in just 76 balls. This is the happiness we work for.

Training never stops, not even for rain. We were working on backfoot punch and pull shots on a wet ground. This dedication is what builds true character and skill.

Fitness is the foundation of a cricketer. Here you can see our boys going through a tough fitness session with ladder drills. We build stamina and agility so they can perform at their best for the entire match.

Many young batters struggle with their front foot falling across, creating a 'kainchi' (scissor) stance that limits their range. I teach my students to wait for the ball's length before committing. We don't just tell you to keep your head still; we use specific drills to help you judge the line and keep your body balanced so you are ready to play every ball on its merit.
