Big dreams need the right environment. This is the announcement for our upcoming Croire Cricket Development Centre, a comprehensive facility that will include boarding, dining, strength and conditioning, and schooling.
I am personally overseeing the development of our new residential facility. This will be a game-changer for outstation players, providing them with a safe and professional environment to train and live.
The new center at Baliyawas will be a hub for advanced skill development. We are building a world-class facility to take our training to the next level.
Our upcoming residential academy will feature a dedicated Strength & Conditioning (S&C) training zone. This will allow us to implement scientific, cricket-specific fitness programs for all our resident players.

About Residential Program: Live & Breathe Cricket
You need to know that this is not a relaxed academy stay. We start at 6 AM with fitness, move to technical net sessions using Silicon Coach software for video analysis, and end with structured study time, because a cricketer's mind needs to be as sharp as their cover drive.
Success on the field is born from the hard work you put in off the field. Our residential program at the Baliawas grounds is designed for players who are ready to commit to the grind. When you move into our hostel, your entire day is structured around the game.
The Daily Routine
We believe in a scientific approach to development. Your day begins with morning conditioning, followed by technical net sessions where we break down your batting or bowling action using video analysis. We don't just 'play' cricket here, we dissect it. Afternoons are for strength and conditioning, and evenings are for match simulations where you apply what you learned under pressure.
Nutrition & Life
We handle the basics so you can focus on your game. That means four balanced meals a day, prepared with cricket fitness in mind, ensuring you get the recovery you need between sessions. You will be staying in shared dormitories with other serious players, creating an environment where you are constantly surrounded by the sport.
