Mentorship here isn't a classroom lecture. It happens in the nets. When you’re struggling with a technical flaw—like a poor head alignment or a rigid front knee—I don’t just correct the movement; I show you the video analysis right there, so you understand why the error happens. We treat every session as a mock trial, forcing you to think through your shot selection and bowling lines just like you would in a high-stakes MCA match.
Beyond the Net Session
Most academies focus on volume—bowling 100 balls or hitting 100 drives. We focus on the 'why.' My philosophy is simple: talent is common, but game sense is rare. If you can't think for yourself when the pressure spikes, technique alone won't save you at the MCA or BCCI selection trials.

- Real-Time Analysis: We use video feedback during private specialist sessions to break down your body mechanics. If you're 'chucking' or falling away, you see it instantly. We fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Mental Toughness: Practice at St. Joseph’s High School is intentionally designed to be high-pressure. We put you in scenarios—anchor versus power hitter roles—that replicate actual match conditions.
- Game Awareness: We don't just train you to hit the ball; we teach you when to hit and when to defend. This tactical decision-making is what separates a net player from a match-winner.
Whether you're training for your first age-group tournament or trying to break into the U23 teams, my role is to challenge your perspective.
