The Achievers Cricket Coaching Method
We don't just teach cricket, we build cricketers. From your first grip to match-winning shots, our method is designed to turn raw talent into game-ready skill.
In this edition of Coach's Corner, our Head Coach Ashok Kadam breaks down the fundamentals of wicketkeeping, from the crouch position to footwork and glove work.
Back to basics. We believe a strong foundation is everything. Here, our coaches work on refining techniques one drill at a time, ensuring every player masters the fundamentals.
One-on-one guidance is key to a player's development. A coach provides specific feedback to a young batsman during a net session, focusing on shot selection and technique.
"Don't ever let somebody tell you, you can't do it." Our coaching philosophy is built on motivation and building self-belief in every single player.

About The Achievers Coaching Method
We believe that mastering the basics is the key to becoming a great player, and our coaching method reflects that. Whether it is refining your grip, correcting your backlift, or improving your footwork, we focus on breaking down complex movements into simple, repeatable drills. You are not just learning to play, you are building the muscle memory needed to handle real match pressure.
At Achievers Cricket Academy, our coaching philosophy is built on three pillars: technique, confidence, and match awareness. We know that every player learns differently, which is why we avoid one-size-fits-all training.
If you are struggling with your stance, we use smartphone-based video analysis to show you exactly where the flaw is. If you are a young player, we use gamified drills like Tic-Tac-Toe to teach agility and focus without the pressure. For those in our high-performance batches, we simulate game situations, focusing on spin variations and pace bowling correction to prepare you for MCA trials.
Our sessions are conducted at top facilities like the CRWA Grounds in Chembur West and B.S. Pasi Turf in Ghatkopar East. We ensure that training continues year-round, moving to turf nets when the monsoon hits so your progress never stalls. Whether you are joining our Lil Champs batch to learn the basics or the High-Performance squad to sharpen your competitive edge, you get the same intensity and focus. We are not just coaches, we are mentors helping you navigate the journey from net practice to the main stage.
