In my sessions, we focus on the flow. If I see a drop in your elbow or a heavy back lift that slows your reaction, we stop and fix it right there. We use video analysis to show you exactly where you are losing power so you stop guessing and start timing the ball.

For the modern T20 game, we use side arm specialists and bowling machines. You get high-volume feeding—200 to 300 balls per hour—to build muscle memory for 360-degree play. We teach you how to clear the boundary with control, not just brute force.
