About Milestone Celebrations: Sitters, Half & First Birthdays
My studio milestone sessions are designed around your baby’s comfort, not a strict schedule. We keep the pace relaxed, moving from the themed portrait setup straight into the messy, joyful cake smash, and finishing with a warm splash bath to clean up. You do not need to bring props or costumes, as I handle everything from the outfits to the cake coordination, allowing you to focus entirely on enjoying the celebration.
Your Baby, Their Personality
Whether your little one is just starting to sit unassisted or is ready to celebrate their first birthday, these sessions are about capturing who they are at this exact moment. A baby's personality changes fast. My studio in Borivali is set up to provide a safe, calm environment where we can move at their pace.
The Session Flow
Each milestone shoot is structured to minimize stress:
- Portrait Time: We begin with classic, artistic portraits using our studio wardrobe, ranging from traditional Indian attire to whimsical tutus and suspenders.
- The Cake Smash: This is where the fun begins. We use a baby-safe photography cake, perfect for messy eating shots. We set this up with your choice of theme—whether that is a 'Little Explorer,' 'Cricket Star,' or 'Fairytale Castle.'
- Splash Bath: The best way to end the mess is with a bubble bath or a splash in our vintage galvanized tub. It’s a great way to get genuine giggles while cleaning up.
Why Book in Advance?
I limit my weekly sessions to ensure I can dedicate the necessary time and energy to each baby. These sessions are fast-paced (60 to 90 minutes) because they are designed to capture the baby's active window.

- What to Bring: Just your baby and their essentials. I provide all props, outfits, and the photography cake.
- Safety: My studio is temperature-controlled, ensuring your baby stays comfortable throughout the change of outfits and the water-based splash session.
