About Custom Fabric Art
Fabric painting is quite different from my usual paper work because it needs to be durable enough to wear and wash. I use professional-grade textile colours that bond permanently with the fabric, ensuring your design does not crack or fade over time. Whether you want a meaningful quote in calligraphy or a intricate mandala pattern on a shirt, I work to make sure the paint stays vibrant without feeling heavy on the cloth.

I treat every piece of clothing as a fresh canvas. When I started exploring fabric painting for exhibition projects in Worli, I realised how much a simple shirt changes when it features personal calligraphy or hand-painted motifs. It is not just about aesthetics; it is about carrying a little bit of calm and creativity with you.
My Process
Every project starts with a conversation about what you want to wear. We look at the fabric type and the design style—whether it is bold, minimal, or deeply symbolic. I then map out the placement so the art complements the cut of the garment. I focus on creating clean lines and crisp patterns that stand out, whether you are looking for abstract circular designs or text-based art.
Durability and Care
I know that wearable art needs to handle the real world. My process includes heat-setting the colours so the design becomes part of the fabric itself. To keep your piece looking fresh, I recommend simple care: turn the garment inside out, wash gently in cold water, and avoid using harsh scrubbing brushes on the painted areas.
