Seasonal & Celebration Mandala Art for Your Special Days
Every festival has its own rhythm and colour. Whether you are looking for a vibrant piece to mark Holi or a meaningful tribute for national days, I hand-paint custom mandalas that capture the festive spirit.
Happy Holi! This piece captures the joyful chaos of the festival of colors. A mandala border made of colorful splashes bursts from a 'pichkari', creating a fun and festive artwork.
My tribute for Republic Day, this semi-mandala incorporates the colors of the Indian flag. The design features intricate patterns in saffron, white, and green, with the Ashoka Chakra represented by a blue dot.
Created for Independence Day, this geometric mandala uses the colors of our flag in a star-shaped design. Drawn on black paper with gelly roll pens, the colors have a beautiful, glowing quality.
About Seasonal & Celebration Art
When I work on festival-themed mandalas, I do not just use standard palettes. For pieces like my Republic Day or Independence Day art, I focus on balancing the structural discipline of the mandala with the specific energy of the occasion. I use gelly roll pens on black paper to make the colours pop, or fine-liners for intricate detail, translating that specific festive mood onto paper so each piece feels like a celebration.
Art is more than just a wall hanging; it is a way to freeze the joy of a festival. For me, creating seasonal art is a way to honour the moments that bring us together. Whether it is the chaotic, splashy fun of Holi or the solemn pride of Republic Day, each piece involves a unique creative approach.
My Approach to Seasonal Commissions
Concept and Colour For festivals like Holi, I lean into vibrant, fluid patterns that mimic movement and energy. For national celebrations, I often use a mix of metallic fine-liners and traditional colours like saffron and green, grounding them with the symmetry of a mandala.
Working Together You might have a specific memory or an idea for a festive gift. Since every piece is hand-drawn, we can discuss the size—from small, thoughtful A4 cards to larger, frame-worthy statement pieces. I work with 300 GSM quality paper to ensure your art lasts long after the celebrations have ended.
If you have a special occasion coming up, just send me a message. Whether it is a gift for a loved one or a way to brighten up your home for the season, let us find a design that feels right.
