This hand-painted leather biker jacket is the first of my 'Bollywood Rejects' series. I used a silver graffiti style to create a bold, dripping paint effect, making a statement that's all about rebellion and art.

This piece explores the idea of organic fashion. I transformed a simple cropped denim jacket by adding intricate beadwork and sculptural, three-dimensional floral arrangements to the sleeves and shoulders.

About Hand-Painted & Embellished Jackets
Whether you have a specific vision or just a feeling, I start by treating the jacket as a canvas. I use water-resistant, flexible acrylics that move with the leather or hand-tack 3D elements like silk roses to ensure they stay put. It’s about building a piece that acts as an extension of your own energy—not just something off a rack.
The Painted Canvas
For my leather biker jackets, I dive into a graffiti-inspired aesthetic. I use flexible acrylics designed to handle the movement of leather, meaning the art won't crack or flake when you're out and about. We can go for anything from bold typography to full-on abstract designs. If you're based in Mumbai, we can do a fitting to make sure the base jacket fits your silhouette perfectly.
Maximalist Storytelling
My embellished pieces are where I get tactile. I don't believe in just gluing patches or flowers. I hand-tack every 3D element—be it silk roses, metal spikes, or vintage patches—so they hold their structure on denim or heavy cotton drills. This technique keeps the jacket wearable and durable, no matter how wild the design gets.
How We Create
- Concept: Send me your reference images or that weird, cool idea you can't get out of your head.
- Base Sourcing: I source high-quality denim or leather bases, or I can customize a jacket you already love.
- The Build: For painted pieces, expect a 7 to 10-day turnaround. Embellished maximalist projects might take a little longer depending on the density of the work.
