Pricing Guide
Compact Circular Ring & Neon Setup
Structure & Backdrop
- Metal Ring Arch: A 6ft to 7ft diameter circular frame (Gold or White finish).
- Balloon Garland: Organic semi-arch covering half the ring. Uses standard latex (matte/pastel) with chrome accents and 2-3 foil stars or hearts.
- Neon Signage: Rental of one standard LED sign (Options: "Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary", or "Better Together").
Props & Display
- Cake Pedestals: Set of 3 cylindrical plinths (White ribbed or Gold wireframe) for cake/cupcake display.
- Decor: Artificial floral bunches attached to the ring and fairy lights interwoven in the balloons.
Logistics
- Staff: 2 decorators for setup (approx 1.5 to 2 hours).
- Tear Down: Next-day pickup of rental items. Balloons are left for the client.

- Cabana Frame: A 6ft x 6ft 4-poster square structure erected on site.
- Fabric: White sheer georgette or net fabric draped over the top and tied to sides for a tent effect.

Lighting Package
- Ceiling: Dense fairy light strings creating a "starry night" effect inside the canopy.
- Ground: 20+ battery-operated LED tea-light candles in glass votives.

- Balloons: 4-6 bunches of air-filled balloons tied to the cabana posts.
