About this collection
I design these setups to turn open spaces into comfortable zones, using low seating, cushions, and teepees that encourage guests to relax. You just need to ensure there is a plug point nearby for the lighting, and I take care of everything else to get the area ready for your event.
Setting up an event outdoors requires careful planning, especially when you are balancing aesthetics with comfort. My process focuses on practical layout planning. Whether it is a daytime boho picnic with pampas grass and low pallet tables, or an evening garden party illuminated by fairy lights and paper lanterns, I make sure the setup fits the space you have.
What goes into an outdoor setup
- Seating and Comfort: I provide low tables, cushions, and rugs to create a relaxed environment. For kids' parties, I often incorporate teepees and smaller seating, while adult events get more sophisticated table settings with floral arrangements.
- Lighting: Outdoor spaces often lack sufficient power, so I use a mix of battery-operated LED candles for walkways and plug-in fairy lights for canopies. Please let me know in advance if your venue has accessible power points.
- Weather and Logistics: Bengaluru weather can be unpredictable. I work with you to plan for shade or cover if necessary. Setups typically take about 90 minutes to complete, so I arrive well before your guests.

I am based in Rajarajeshwari Nagar but travel across the city for these installations.
