Culinary Pop-ups and Hands-on Workshops
Our glasshouse in Shanti Nagar is more than a venue. It is a stage where stories unfold through tasting menus, guest chef collaborations, and workshops that turn dining into a shared community experience.
Our glasshouse, set and ready for a culinary event. The lush greenery and natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the stage for a unique dining experience before guests even arrive.

About Moments at The Conservatory
These events are designed to be interactive, not just a service. Since our space features an open-plan kitchen and shared seating, you will likely find yourself chatting with fellow guests or watching the chefs at work. It is an immersive environment, so come prepared to engage with the food and the people around you.
Located in the heart of Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru, The Conservatory functions as a hybrid space—part working kitchen, part dining room. We host everything from ingredient-focused workshops to visiting chef residencies. The philosophy here is transparency. We want you to see the hustle of the kitchen pass, understand the sourcing behind the ingredients, and learn the techniques that go into every dish.
Our calendar shifts often. We bring in specialists to teach fermentation, chocolate making, and regional cooking, or host guest chefs who are testing menus before they launch elsewhere. Unlike a traditional restaurant, these experiences are educational. Whether it is a tasting flight of five to eight portions or a hands-on masterclass, you are guided through the flavor science, the history of the ingredients, and the intent behind the plating.
We keep our groups small to maintain a community feel. If you are looking for a quiet, private dining experience, this may feel a bit different, as the magic happens in the shared moments. Expect to leave with a few new friends, a bit more knowledge about what you just ate, and a better understanding of how a dish travels from a raw ingredient to a complex, plated creation.
