Here is a look at one of my exclusive tasting events for our Signet collection. It is a refined experience where guests can explore the rich, complex notes of these premium wines and celebrate the art of winemaking.
Make a toast to a tasty start. I regularly host festive meals, like this New Year's lunch and dinner, where guests can bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new with a specially curated menu and wine pairings.
I ensure my tasting menus cater to every preference. This is the vegetarian prix fixe menu from our New Year's feast, featuring dishes like roasted pumpkin tortellini and a hazelnut tatin, each with a recommended wine pairing.
For our New Year's celebration, I curated a multi-course Chicken Prix Fixe menu. Each course, from the smashed potato salad to the chicken roulade, was paired with one of my wines to create a harmonious dining experience.
This Pork Prix Fixe menu was designed for a truly indulgent New Year's feast. It featured spice-crusted pork tenderloin paired with our La Reserve Syrah Grenache, creating a perfect balance of flavors.
For seafood lovers, I created this Salmon Prix Fixe menu. The highlight was a Salmon Wellington, beautifully complemented by our Art Collection Rosé, followed by a delicate Champagne panna cotta.
