Pop-Ups & Takeovers
You get to taste dishes from chefs behind The World's 50 Best and top Michelin restaurants. One week, it’s Chile’s Boragó at your local hotel, the next, it’s a rice and curry feast from Thailand’s Wana Yook. Sometimes it’s a fashion-food fusion with Gucci Osteria. Each event is a one-off, so you won’t see the same thing twice.
Our bar takeovers are wild - mixologists from Dubai’s Sexy Fish, Kuala Lumpur’s ThreeXCo, and Penang’s Backdoor Bodega have all shaken up the scene with their signature cocktails. These are high-energy, packed evenings with the best in the business.
More Than a Meal
It’s not just eating and drinking - you can join hands-on masterclasses with celebrity chefs like Gary Mehigan. We host at luxury venues like JW Marriott and The Leela Palace, but we don’t own a restaurant. Everything pops up for a few days in cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, and Goa.
Seats are super limited, so it’s always intimate. If the event involves alcohol, only guests above the legal drinking age get in.

My Story
We’re Conosh. Food for us? It’s not just khaana (food), it’s how folks connect, how memories get made. We started out wanting to link up homechefs, bakers, mixologists – anyone with magic in their hands – with food lovers like us. Sometimes it’s Assamese comfort food at your table, sometimes you’re at a Michelin chef’s dinner. We just love bringing people together, one meal, one story at a time.
