This involves flying in brand chefs, specialized kitchen staff, and rare ingredients to ensure the menu matches the quality of the original restaurant. You get an 8 to 10-course tasting menu or signature Asian plates that are otherwise unavailable in your city.

2. Bar Takeovers: These are high-energy evenings where we host head bartenders from award-winning bars. We work with lounges like Echo Lounge or Sanchez to host these nights, featuring signature cocktails and theatrical flair. These events are designed for those who appreciate mixology and want to see how top bartenders operate in a new environment.

Because these are short-term events, logistics are tight. We manage the venue setup, the menu engineering, and the guest list to maintain an intimate setting.
