About this collection

These pop-ups are ephemeral by design. When we bring a Mumbai-based restaurant like Yazu or a Pune cocktail bar like JUJU to a new city, we partner with luxury venues to replicate their signature environment, including specific ingredient sourcing and service style. Since these events only run for a few days, the focus is on a high-energy atmosphere where you receive the original experience without needing travel arrangements.

Our cross-country collaboration model allows us to bring the best of the F&B scene directly to your doorstep. Instead of waiting for a vacation to try a specific restaurant or bar, we bring the talent to you.

We focus on two main formats:

  1. Restaurant Takeovers: We partner with hotels such as Radisson or The Leela to transform their existing spaces. This involves flying in brand chefs, specialized kitchen staff, and rare ingredients to ensure the menu matches the quality of the original restaurant. You get an 8 to 10-course tasting menu or signature Asian plates that are otherwise unavailable in your city.

  2. Bar Takeovers: These are high-energy evenings where we host head bartenders from award-winning bars. We work with lounges like Echo Lounge or Sanchez to host these nights, featuring signature cocktails and theatrical flair. These events are designed for those who appreciate mixology and want to see how top bartenders operate in a new environment.

Because these are short-term events, logistics are tight. We manage the venue setup, the menu engineering, and the guest list to maintain an intimate setting. Whether it is a modern Asian dinner or an agave-forward cocktail night, every detail is managed to ensure you get the true essence of the guest restaurant or bar.
