A beautiful green wall is more than just plants. From building the metal framework to setting up the irrigation, see how our team constructs lasting green spaces.

This video captures various stages of a major rooftop project, from scaffolding and framework assembly to the installation of the vertical garden panels by our skilled team.

About From Concept to Completion

The most critical part of any vertical garden is the hidden structural framework. We use custom-fabricated, powder-coated MS hollow tubes to build a stable base capable of supporting the full weight of wet soil and integrated irrigation systems, ensuring your garden remains secure and level, whether it is for a private balcony or a large commercial facade in Delhi.

Our Process: From Framework to Foliage

When we take on a project, we look at the wall as an engineering challenge first and a design piece second. A wall full of living plants is heavy, and getting the foundation right is the only way to prevent sagging or long-term damage to your property.

1. Structural Assessment & Framing We never mount directly to fragile surfaces. Instead, we create an independent, corrosion-resistant MS (mild steel) structure. This creates a small gap between the wall and the garden, which is vital for airflow and preventing dampness or mold buildup on your actual wall.

2. Irrigation & Drainage For our natural living walls, we integrate a 16mm main line with 4mm feeder tubes. We also install a PVC gutter channel at the bottom to collect any runoff, keeping your floors clean. This is the part of the work that is rarely visible but defines how much maintenance you actually have to do later.

3. Planting & Media We use a soilless medium consisting of cocopeat, perlite, and vermicompost. This mix is lightweight yet retains moisture efficiently, which is why our walls stay lush even during Delhi’s harsh summer months. For the plants themselves, we stick to hardy varieties like Syngonium and Philodendron that handle the local climate well.

4. Artificial Installation If we are installing an artificial green wall, the process changes slightly. We still use a wire-mesh grid for the 3D foliage to attach to, ensuring the panels don't look flat or fake. We focus on varying the textures—mixing different shades of green and leaf shapes—so the wall looks dense and natural, not like a plastic mat.

Whether it is the Nehru Stadium project or a residential terrace in South Delhi, we apply this same rigorous approach to every installation.
