Structural & Civil Works
- Excavation & Disposal: Earthwork excavation for pool tank and balancing tank including soil disposal.
- RCC Structure: Reinforced Cement Concrete (M25 Grade) shell construction for base slab and retaining walls (6 to 8 inch thickness).
- Waterproofing: Double coat chemical waterproofing with fiber mesh reinforcement to ensure zero leakage.
- Plastering: Smooth finish internal plastering ready for tiling.
Finishing & Aesthetics
- Tiling: Installation of standard Ceramic Pool Tiles (Blue/Green shades) or basic Glass Mosaic mixes.
- Coping: Granite (Sadarahalli/Black) or Natural Sandstone coping (12 to 18 inch width) around the perimeter.
- Lighting: Basic LED underwater lights (Warm White or Cool White), typically 2 to 4 units.
Filtration System (MEP)
- Plant Room: Installation of Sand Filter and Recirculation Pump (brands like Emaux or Astral).
- Plumbing: UPVC high pressure piping for inlets, main drain, and vacuum points.

- Artificial Turf: Supply and installation of high density artificial grass (35mm to 50mm pile height) with drainage cell preparation.

- Base Prep: PCC screeding to ensure proper slope and drainage.
Verticalscaping
- Green Walls: Installation of Artificial Vertical Gardens (Bio walls) ranging from basic PE mats to dense foliage looks.

I also handle landscaping with natural stone pool surrounds and deck setups that fit the vibe you want—sometimes it's sharp and sleek, sometimes it’s more relaxed.
Lighting matters too. I add uplights and softer glows so your pool area isn’t left in the dark after sunset. At night, I want the plants and feature walls to pop, giving you a whole new mood.
