I help kids and aspiring athletes in Noida build explosive speed, coordination, and quickness. We use professional equipment like hurdles, agility ladders, and cones for drills that improve athletic performance and build confidence.

My one-on-one and small group sessions are designed to help you burn fat and build real, functional strength. I focus on correct form and consistent effort, using a mix of weights, cable machines, and bodyweight exercises to get you lasting results.

Core Stability & Flexibility
A strong core and good mobility are the foundation of all fitness. I incorporate dedicated exercises using stability balls, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements to improve your balance, prevent injury, and increase flexibility.
