Modeling & Fashion: The Discipline Behind the Look
Modeling is more than just a camera angle. It is the result of eight years of physical discipline and a mindset built in the gym. Every pose here is backed by the strength and control I develop every day.
A shot from a professional studio session. The confidence to be in front of a camera is built day by day in the gym.
Art is an expression of who you are. For me, modeling and fitness are two sides of the same coin, both requiring dedication, form, and expression.
People with dimples have a divine role: to smile! A moment of ease during a fashion photoshoot.
It's all about the vibe. A relaxed shot from a denim and shirting campaign.
Stand firm, act with conviction, be strong. This pose captures a sense of strength and confidence for a fashion shoot.
You are the greatest project you will ever work on. A creative shot from a professional photoshoot exploring different poses and forms.
Being joyful is always in fashion. Another look from a studio session, showcasing a more artistic and expressive side.
Move the way you like. Fitness gives you the freedom and control to move your body with confidence, whether in the gym or on a photoshoot.
A look from the runway. Walking for a designer requires poise and confidence, qualities that are forged through physical and mental discipline.
On the ramp for a fashion show. The physique built through years of training provides the canvas for designers' creations.
About Behind the Lens: Modeling & Fashion
Maintaining this physique for the camera isn't about dieting to extremes; it is about having a reliable, year-round baseline of conditioning. When I step on a ramp or pose for a shoot, I don't need to spend weeks 'getting ready.' My fitness routine is structured to keep me performance-ready, so I can focus entirely on the expression and the garment, rather than my own insecurities.
From the Gym to the Runway
For me, fashion and fitness are two sides of the same coin. The grit I build during strength and conditioning sessions in BTM Layout is exactly what I bring to the studio floor. Modeling for designers like Chaitanya Rao or walking at Times Fashion Week requires more than just aesthetics; it demands endurance and posture control that only comes from deep muscle work.
Why My Approach is Different
Most people view modeling as just a visual game, but it is physically demanding. You are often standing under hot lights for hours, holding tense poses, or navigating the ramp with poise. Because I teach functional strength and mobility, I don't just look the part—I have the stability to hold those poses with ease and the stamina to sustain it through long shoots.
What I Bring to the Table
Whether I am working with a brand on a campaign or walking a runway, I bring a no-drama attitude. I have spent years behind the lens and in front of it, so I understand the technical side of what a photographer needs. I don't just stand there; I communicate through movement, using the range of motion I have developed through my mobility drills.
If you are looking for a model who understands the assignment—who brings both the physique and the professional discipline to show up on time and deliver—then you are looking at the right person.
