Whether we are training at the Cult Gym in BTM Layout or working remotely via my app, the protocol remains the same: a focus on functional strength and physiological health.

For my in-person clients, we use the gym floor for heavy barbell work and animal flow to build real-world strength. This is combined with monthly body composition tracking to ensure we are actually hitting your goals, not just guessing. My approach is backed by my NASM and K11 certifications, meaning every movement you perform is designed to be safe and effective.
