Experience the nostalgic taste of rare, seasonal fruits. From sun-dried Karonde to the tangy zest of Amre, these are the traditional flavours we've been crafting since 2006.

My special Amre pickle, ready for you to order. This pickle, made from Indian Hog Plum, has a unique sour taste that is very refreshing.

A closer look at the finished Amre pickle. The fruit becomes tender and absorbs all the masalas, creating a truly delicious and tangy achaar.

Preparing a batch of Karonde pickle. These small, tart berries are sliced and mixed with spices to create a pickle that is bursting with flavour.

This is my Teet (Dhele) pickle, a very traditional and hard-to-find achaar. These small berries have a unique tangy and slightly bitter taste.

We only prepare these rare, seasonal pickles when the fruit is at its peak, so every batch is sun-cured for that perfect, traditional texture. We don't use machinery or preservatives, which means you get that real, tangy kick exactly like you would get from dadi-ma’s kitchen.
