When you call me, you do not get a sales team. You get me, personally overseeing the kitchen and the service to make sure your event in Mumbai runs exactly how we planned. After 27 years, I still believe that the secret ingredient is the care we put into every single plate.
Running a catering service in Mumbai is a test of consistency. For nearly three decades, I have been standing right here, in my Sion kitchen, ensuring that the quality remains the same whether we are serving 50 guests at a small home function or 5,000 for a corporate event. I started this journey with a passion for good food and a strong belief in dharma or duty. To me, serving a meal is a responsibility, not just a transaction.
Whether I am preparing our signature Punjabi dishes, Jain-friendly festival menus, or managing bulk lunch boxes, I am involved in the process. I believe in being on the ground. You will often find me at the venue, adjusting the setup, ensuring the chaat counter is fresh, or checking that the buffet heaters are perfect. My team knows that for us, the goal is not just to fill plates, but to make the guests feel respected. We keep our processes transparent and our pricing honest.
