You focus on celebrating, I handle everything else – setup, counters, and my team in smart uniforms.
Punjabi Tadka & Beyond
Food with proper Punjabi tadka is my signature. Crowd-favourites like Paneer Angara (smoky, coal-infused paneer) and creamy Dal Makhani are always there. Tandoor fresh breads – Chur Chur Naan, Butter Garlic Naan, Missi Roti – get made live, right in front of you.
But it’s not just Punjabi – my menu travels. From live pasta at the Italian corner to Chinese Wok Stations, and even Gujarati and Maharashtrian bites like Aamras-Puri and Sabudana Vada. There’s a dedicated non-veg counter too, with classics like Chicken Tikka Masala.

My Story
Hello ji! Food for me isn’t just kaam (work), it’s about making your big day truly memorable. 27 saal ho gaye (27 years now), still feels fresh every time we serve. From weddings to packing 1,000 lunch boxes for St. Xavier’s on Independence Day, or feeding our fire brigade heroes, we do it with full dil (heart). My life is faith, cricket, and food - Premanand Ji Maharaj ki satya vachan, Mumbai ka Raja Rohit Sharma, and every plate I serve carries that passion.
