This isn't about choreography or 'cardio' dancing. We focus on real combat mechanics—proper stance, defensive slips, and effective striking that you can actually use. The Reality of Our Training
We train in a raw, functional environment. We use heavy bags, pads, and real-world drilling techniques. You will learn how to manage distance, read an opponent, and execute strikes with precision. Most fitness centers teach you how to sweat; I teach you how to fight.
