About Aqua Fitness Dance
You do not need to be a swimmer to join these sessions. Because we operate in waist-to-chest deep water, your feet stay planted while you work through the resistance. The environment is temperature-controlled, so you are comfortable year-round, and all the necessary equipment, including foam noodles and aqua dumbbells, is provided right on the pool deck.
