Most planners just drop off decor, but I am personally on-site for every pre-wedding function. Whether it is rain-proofing a terrace Haldi or adjusting a backdrop last-minute when the weather changes, I handle the logistics on the ground so you do not spend your day calling vendors.
Pre-wedding functions in Bangalore are all about balancing family traditions with a modern look. For Haldi, I often use banana leaves, fresh marigold strings, and brass urulis to keep it traditional, but we can easily switch to a contemporary, vibrant Rajasthani theme with umbrellas and drapes depending on your venue. Whether you are hosting at a cozy home in RR Nagar or a large resort in the city, the goal is the same: creating a space that looks great in photos and feels comfortable for your guests.
If your event is outdoors, I bring in rain-proof logistics and weather-safe planning, so you are not scrambling if the sky turns grey. For Sangeet nights, I focus on lighting that enhances the dance floor and elegant entrance arches that set the mood. I do not believe in 'set and forget.' My team and I arrive hours early to handle the fabrication, truss lighting, and floral installation, and we stay through the event to manage any coordination with your entertainment team.
