Basic Balloon Ring or Wall Decor

- Backdrop: Choice of 1 metal circular ring (6ft) with garland or a wall section with 2-3 foil shimmer curtains.
- Volume: Organic or spiral garland made of approx. 200-250 latex balloons (Pastel, Metallic, or Matte).
Foil Accents
- Text: 1 set of "Happy Birthday" or "Welcome" foil letters (16-inch).
- Numbers: 1 large age/number foil balloon (30-32 inch).
- Shapes: 2-3 small star or heart foil balloons.
Logistics
- Staff: Setup by 1 decorator in 60-90 minutes.
- Disposal: Next-day teardown included for rental rings; client removes wall stick-ons.
Sequin Wall & Neon Signage Setup
Backdrop & Props
- Wall: 6ft x 6ft snap-locked Sequin Panel backdrop (Gold, Silver, Black, or Iridescent).
- Lighting: 1 rental acrylic Neon Sign (e.g., "Happy Birthday", "Oh Baby").
- Furniture: 1-2 cylinder plinths (cake tables) in white or metallic finish.
Premium Balloons
- Arrangement: L-shaped or inverted U-shape organic arch running along the backdrop.
- Composition: 400+ balloons including Chrome, Pastel, and Confetti types.
- Extras: Artificial floral bunches or pampas grass integrated into the garland.
Logistics
- Staff: 2-person team for heavy frame assembly.
- Time: Setup takes 2.5 to 3 hours.
Romantic Cabana Canopy Setup

Rental Terms
