In-Home Cabana & Balloon Decor
Canopy & Bed Styling
- Sheer Net Tent: Installation of white tulle/net fabric suspended from the ceiling (fan hook or temporary mount) and draped over the bed edges to create a cabana effect.
- Integrated Lighting: 3 to 4 strings of warm white LED fairy lights interwoven with the canopy fabric.
- Bed Details: Synthetic rose petals arranged in a heart shape or scattered loosely, accompanied by rental heart-shaped plush cushions.
Balloon Arrangement
- Ceiling Decor: 40 to 50 air-filled latex balloons (Red/White or Red/Black) attached to the ceiling using removable glue dots with hanging ribbons.
- Wall & Floor: A set of foil balloons spelling 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' or 'ANNIVERSARY' mounted on the wall, plus 20 to 30 loose balloons scattered on the floor.
Light-Up Props
- Marquee Sign: Rental of a battery-operated 'LOVE' LED marquee sign (approx. 8-10 inches tall).
- Bottle Lamps: 2 to 3 glass bottles containing cork-string lights placed on side tables for added ambience.

Exclusive Venue Access
- Location: Private access to the 'Hill View Cottage' rooftop space in Malad/Manori near the beach.
- Duration: Exclusive use of the area for approximately 2 to 3 hours for the couple or group.
- Amenities: Basic table and chair setup provided for cake cutting and snacks.
Backdrop & Decor
- Shimmer Wall: A large 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft backdrop composed of Gold or Black sequin panels that move with the wind.
- Floral Heart: A massive 5 to 6 ft tall heart-shaped structure covered in red artificial roses.
- Neon Signage: Rental neon sign options including 'Happy Birthday', 'Anniversary', or 'Better Together' mounted on the backdrop.
Entry & Effects
- Fog Effect: Usage of a dry ice machine to create a cloud effect on the floor during the entry or cake cutting.
- Cold Pyro: 2 units of electronic cold fire sparklers ignited during the celebration moment.
- Walkway: A red carpet runner leading to the main decor setup.

- The Ring: A 6-foot diameter circular metal stand or large heart frame set up as a freestanding backdrop.
- Balloon Garland: Dense, organic-style arrangement covering 50% to 70% of the frame using multiple balloon sizes.

Signage & Lighting
- Neon Centerpiece: A bright LED neon sign suspended in the center of the ring (Options: 'Will You Marry Me?', 'Oh Baby', or numeric milestones).
- Floor Lighting: 6 to 10 battery-operated LED tea light candles or votives placed safely around the base of the structure.
Ground Aesthetics
- Balloon Pillars: Two smaller balloon clusters or pillars placed on either side of the main frame to widen the visual impact.
