We designed this grand teddy bear and hot air balloon theme for a first birthday party. This full-stage setup includes a custom backdrop, an extensive organic balloon arch in shades of blue and chrome, multiple teddy bear props, a peacock rattan chair for the birthday boy, and light-up marquee and neon numbers.
