Founding Product Person
We are looking for a product thinker with a natural and raw sense of product and someone who loves to design to join us as a core member of the founding team.
The vision
We have an audacious vision of building Amazon for expert services. mytribe will be the place where India would go to if they want to hire a wedding planner, fitness coach, or an astrologer. Essentially, any work that requires taste and judgment. It is a small curated network of service experts and not just another marketplace. AI takes care of the matchmaking and drafting of the proposal, and humans step in whenever it is required. Throwing out the old playbook for product, In the age of AI, is the whole job.
What is the role about?
As our product person, you need to figure out what the users and the providers want before they even know it, and You will be thinking 10 steps ahead about how you are going to shape their experience. You will take care of the whole flow of creating rough sketches, talking to the users, and understanding the requirements, and designing the pixel perfect UI with a great UX that the devs will ship.
Here's is a list of things that you will be taking care of, the WhatsApp brief experience, and the provider proposal that goes to the users once you have gathered all the requirements, and the provider profile system(we call this the provider's kundli), the curator workspace and all the provider facing tools. It's not just about the features, it's about how the whole product feels.

It is 2026 and it is still painful as ever to find these people. A lot of phone calls and explaining the same requirement to all these providers, vetting them and then there is the fear of you know, you booked the provider and then they don’t show up or do a really bad job. we are fixing these issues with mytribe.
You message us on WhatsApp, AI reads your requirement and asks you a lot of questions. It also helps you visualize whatever ideas you have in your head and matches you with the right provider. Our curation team checks the matches before they are sent to you. We will be giving only the right few vetted providers, In a custom proposal with the real prices and availability. You can pick and hire them directly, and payments will be in escrow until the work is done.
